I Have Been Facing Scrotal Dermatitis (severe Itching Of Scrotal

I have been facing scrotal dermatitis (severe itching of scrotal sacs) for last 2-3 years. it gets aggravated during summer & monsoon months. The skin has turn red and black and also developed scratches. have tried anti fungal medicines (both oral and creams) but didn't get any relief. Kindly suggest a remedy.
