I Have Been Feeling A Bit Under The Weather Lately

I have been feeling a bit under the weather lately with join pain in my fingers, wrists and shoulder and last night my right knee started hurting. Today, I was at a track doing some very hard driving and the seat belt they used caused me to start coughing while I the car was moving. When the ride ended, it took me almost an hour to catch my breath and I've been coughing up blood whenever I cough hard. I just took a hot shower and the coughing has dissipated and I feel like I'm finally breathing normal again. What am I potentially looking at?
