I Have Been Feeling Dizzy , Not Able To Eat

I have been feeling dizzy , not able to eat food it makes me wanna throw up and some swelling and pain in my stomach my all body feels weak and today start having brown discharge and no period this month. I had sex for my first time ever 15 of March and he didn't put all his penis inside me but I am not sure if he cum inside me or no. I am feeling horrible could be a major thing ? Or pregnancy ?
