I Have Been Feeling Dizzy To The Point I Feel

I have been feeling dizzy to the point I feel I may faint. My heart races sometimes when I'm laying in bed, my hands are swollen, I am tired all the time. I have been on a thyroid med that has done nothing but make me feel worse. I have slowly started taking myself off it. I'm scared as I don't know what is wrong with me...
