I Have Been Feeling Extremely Tired,pain In My Upper Abdomen,

I have been feeling extremely tired,pain in my upper abdomen, dizzy, headache, ringing in my ears and achy all over. Recent test results show no infection, negative ANA, normal sedate no signs of arthritis. Just elevated liver enzymes and a C-reactive protein level of 19.5. I have been diagnosed with diastolic heart failure. Can't get into cardiologist for another week. Should I be worried this is heart related
