I Have Been Feeling Kinda Weird, I Get Hot And

I have been feeling kinda weird, I get hot and cold sweats and I checked my blood sugar it was about 56 and I'm not a diabetic. My feet were swelled really bad for a couple days. And I have a bad cough that won't go away. And yes I smoke, but trying to quit. All in all I just don't feel right. Could you give me something to go on for my doctor. Maybe a diagnosis.
