I Have Been Feeling Light Headed And Dizzy. I Also

I have been feeling light headed and dizzy. I also had a slight rash, random small blister type bumps sometimes 1 other times 8-10 in a spot. When I say random, I mean they appear mostly on my hands and wrists but have also shown up on my stomach, thighs, feet, and upper arms.
