I Have Been Feeling Nauseated, Sore And Tender Breasts,bloating, Eating

I have been feeling nauseated, sore and tender breasts,bloating, eating a ton , and urinating more frequently. I had what I thought was my period but it was only 3 days and much lighter in length and color. I have taken 2 HPT and both came out negative but yet I am still experiencing all of those same symptoms days after the bleeding stopped. could I still be pregnant?
