I Have Been Feeling Nauseous For About 6 Weeks, Some

I have been feeling nauseous for about 6 weeks, some days it's better most days it's bad. It's only getting worse and I'm missing work because of it, it's really bad 24/7. I have smoked marijuana to help with the nausea I don't get sick when I smoke it helps it go away, and I have only smoked for about two months. I don't have normal stool it's all over the place also I noticed it smelling skunk like today. I also have lumps behind my ear which my doctor said was nothing to worry about. I am experiencing no pain just nausea and irregular stool for about 6 weeks. I do get acid reflux sometimes so my doctor prescribed me medication for that but there is no difference with the nausea. What does it sound like I have?
