I Have Been Feeling Pain, Almost Like A Sore Throat

I have been feeling pain, almost like a sore throat when I swallow, and pain in the back of my neck and up to the middle of the back of my head. Also, all of a sudden a lot of joint pain in my fingers. My mother passes away from Thyroid Cancer, so I was just worried.
