I Have Been Feeling Some Dizziness All Day--not Debilitating, But

I have been feeling some dizziness all day--not debilitating, but enough to make me feel unsteady on my feet. Seven weeks ago, I had a heart ablation and divuticular pacemaker implanted, which seems to have been a huge success. Could the dizziness be related to this procedure, or does this sound more like an unrelated symptom? Please advise. Thank you.
