I Have Been Feeling Tired, Low Back On The Right

I have been feeling tired, low back on the right side is very achey. Low grade fever of 99.2 sometimes I get a wee little bit dizzy or weird feelings in my head. Achy all over like I just got over the flu, I have not had any other symptoms of the flu, no nausea. Had this for 2 days.
