I Have Been Feeling Under The Weather For Some Time

I have been feeling under the weather for some time now. My doctors have been running test after test, blood work, etc. The things we have found were 6-10 red blood cells in urine, my albumin, total bili, ALT, A/G and Ca (extremely low), hemacrit and hemoglobin were all low in blood. Globulin, urea n, and creatinine(extremely high), is high in blood. I even had an MRI because 8 years ago I had a traumatic brain injury. They said the scan showed a bigger area it has affected so I am going back to the neurologist. I am still having bouts of sweating like crazy just going down a flight of stairs, extremely fatigued, dizzy spells, nausea, migraines. Now today I noticed 3 big yellow/goldish looking spots on the bottom and side of my foot. It is smooth - not itchy or burning. What could this be? Is any of this tied to something we could be missing?
