I have been feeling very tired and yesterday I got sick to stomach,,,I threw up about 6 times and every time it was nothing but blood,,,big blood clots,,,,now today no throwing up,but just want to the bathroom and all I pooped was real dark blood,,,,what can be wrong with me,,,never happened before
