I Have Been Feeling Weak, Squeezing Pain In Left Side

I have been feeling weak, squeezing pain in left side of neck, headache down through the left eye, loss of balance, sometimes have trouble remembering things I did or was working on just a few minutes before, get real anxious sometimes. comes and goes, feel real bad then not so bad.
