I Have Been Feeling Weird For A Few Days, Light

I have been feeling weird for a few days, light headed, very tired, chest hurting stomach pain high up now tonight chest worse going into back, stomach got upset. Hate to wake family and go to ER if not necessary. I am 55 yr old pretty healthy except for some osteoarthritis in lower back & neck also spurs. Does it seems serious enough to go?
