I Have Been Feeling Worm Like Movement Under My Skin

I have been feeling worm like movement under my skin for about 8 months now all over my body. It got more intense on my right thigh just above the knee. Now it feels numb and burning sensation too. My fingers move at time, my eyes above and below. Have seen the Dr, neurologist, cat scan, MRI done, the Dr refused to send me CDC given I had just come back from Cameroon when it all started. I feel like my heart is beating under different parts of my skin constantly. Please help
