I Have Been Fighting A Cold Of Some Sort For

I have been fighting a cold of some sort for 3 weeks. I took a bunch of vitamin c and got better. A week later I have a deep cough that causes me to gag when I am lying down. Today I woke up with my voice sounding scratchy like I am losing my voice. After a day or two of the cough I did start to have a runny nose. I have been taking Mucinex DM for about 36 hours. I thought I was getting better. It hurts to cough.
