I Have Been Fighting A Viral Infections With Flu Like

I have been fighting a viral infections with flu like symptoms. Spend three days in the hospital since I got dehydrated. sent home a few days ago. last two days feeling better but today low garde temp is back. Blood works showed no bacterial infections . So I was given terma flu and Acyclovir for the sore in my month. Concerned about the low grade temp coming back .
Please advise.
