I Have Been Fighting Hives Off And On My Whole

I have been fighting hives off and on my whole life since age 9. I am now 52 years olds. I have chronic hives this time has been three years in August, never last this long before going in to remission. I have spent numerous dollars, enough to buy a million dollar home, going here there just to get help. I have taken too much prednisone, my body is proof. I truly believe my hives are hormone related, as they always got worse during my cycle,or just before. I have been diagnosed with autoimmune urticaria. Can you tell me what to tell a doctor or where to go for the test, Im at my whits in... Please help me!
