I Have Been For 7 Blood Test So Far All

I have been for 7 blood test so far all high liver enzymes and smooth muscle antibodies high. I have had extreme fatigue and painful joints. I have been referred to gastroenterology for further advice. With possible autoimmune hepatitis. Every time my bloods come back they are higher. I have recently also been having lower abdominal pain and had a large ruptured ovarian cysts do you think this could be related or something different any free advice?
