I Have Been Getting A Chronic Pain In My Abdomen,

I have been getting a chronic pain in my abdomen, area below the rib with pain radiates to the back. I felt like there was a wedge in my abdomen. Blood test shows that my liver enzymes are OK, Cat scan 2 weeks ago showed that the Spleen, liver, bile, kidney and pancreas all is unremarkable. What are you suggesting to be evaluated next? Is an Ultrasound necessary to look at the organs?
