I Have Been Getting A Diastolic Blood Pressure Reading Of

I have been getting a diastolic blood pressure reading of 48 and my heart rate seems to be much higher than it used to be ie 75 instead of 58-60. My systolic seems to be in the 120s. I am taking Olmetec Plus and zyloprim (for a couple of years) I am 75 but I do aquafit regularly and golf 3 times a week in the Summer. Is this normal or does my blood pressure medicine need adjusting?
