I Have Been Getting A Pulsing/throbbing Pain That Feels Somewhat

I have been getting a pulsing/throbbing pain that feels somewhat like a headache located at the roof of my mouth in the back. The pain only tends to last a few seconds and I would say it is moderate pain. It tends to happen at least once per day and while I can easily ignore it, I want to be sure it doesn't indicate something more severe.
