I Have Been Getting A Sudden Sharp Pain In My

I have been getting a sudden sharp pain in my right thigh for over a week, now. It is somewhat of a tingling/burning sensation that does not last very long. The area of pain is 6 inches above my knee and about 3 inches from the center of my knee cap - not quite on the inside of my thigh. The sudden pain happens at all times, standing, sitting, lying down, or walking. It has not woken me up from my sleep.
