I Have Been Getting Chills And Slight Chest Pain On

I have been getting chills and slight chest pain on and off for weeks . What concerns me is the top of my head gets sore to touch almost every day but in different places on my head and when I try to run it it feels like swollen in those earless just under the skin of my scalp and I'm loosing hand fulls of hair everyday when I shower too. Could this be a tumor or worse
