I Have Been Getting Cramps In My Lower Area, Just

I have been getting cramps in my lower area, just as if I were having menstral cramps. Hysterectomy in 1998.The cramps seem to happen after I eat anything no matter how small. I also have pain in the lower back area. It started after I fell. Went to the hospital and nothing was broken then but this keeps happening.
Any ideas for me to check. I am 65 and have had a ruptured appendix and I also have a pacemaker installed.
