I Have Been Getting Dizzy, Faint Like Spells For About

I have been getting dizzy, faint like spells for about 8 years now, they come randomly and all of a sudden, even while I'm driving. Feels like my heads spinning, if I'm walking I have to sit from it, because I don't want to fall and get hurt, I pull over when driving and when I'm sitting down I hold on to something, it feels so bad, what could be causing this, today I had another spell this time my head hurt, not too bad but felt uncomfortable.
