I Have Been Getting Dizzy Spells For About 4 Days

I have been getting dizzy spells for about 4 days and I have a headache that is different from any I have had before, It is on my left side of my forehead and it comes and goes. I've had migraine and tension type headaches for years, and this is different. I also am slurring words (not all the time but it is definitely noticeable when I do). I also feel like I lose my balance.
