I Have Been Getting Hives For A Year Now In

I have been getting hives for a year now in summer they are very mild but since been cold they cover my hole body Dr told me it's chronic urticaria and take 2 zyrtec 3 times a day but only helps itch for few hours but hives never get better any suggestions
