I Have Been Getting Injections In My Back For Degenerated

I have been getting injections in my back for degenerated discs. I have severe pain by my tail bone and it is where he injects the needles on my right side, i can feel like a lump in there. Now mind u havent had my injections for quit a while and this is a much different pain. Should i be concerned
