I Have Been Getting Kenalog Shots On My Scalp To

I have been getting kenalog shots on my scalp to treat alopecia arreata. For about a year I would go every 4-6weeks to get the injection as the dermatologist kept recommending it. I saw no improvement but decided to listen to him. Now I have chronic hives and I have had this for almost 2 years. Is it possible that the kenalog shots caused a yeast infection in my gut (Keep in mind I am a male) to cause this sudden outbreak or is my sudden withdrawal from the kenalog shots causing this. I have done multiple tests for autoimmune, thryoid, and food allergies all coming back negative. I know it has something to do with the injections that I was getting. Please help me! If that's the case how do I get back to normal?
