I Have Been Getting Leg Pains At The Bottom Of

I have been getting leg pains at the bottom of my legs and on my feet. The pain is very strong and hurts a lot. is the any explanation for this and is there any treatment for it as I cant sleep at night can you advise. It's like electric shocks every few minutes
