I Have Been Getting My Hair Bleached For 10+ Years

I have been getting my hair bleached for 10+ years now, the bleach itches a little but when I get that washed off and get a toner put on my hair my scalp gets really really itchy and I have to wash it off almost immediately because it is so itchy and sore .. I got my hair dyed 3 hours ago and I have noticed that both my temples are really really swollen I'm just getting a bit worried as I don't think this is normal and this has happened a few times now ...
I don't have this problem every 4 weeks when I get my hair dyed, it only seems to happen sometimes, my hair dresser uses the same bleach every time so she isn't even changing her products, should I keep dyeing my hair if this is going to keep happening or is there something that I can take/use to prevent this from happening? Also, is there anything I can do to get the swelling to go down, I currently have an ice pack in a towel on the swollen bits just now to see if that helps,
