I Have Been Getting Night Sweats Only Around Neck For

I have been getting night sweats only around neck for last three months. I have a small lump on right side of neck which various physicians have ruled out as swollen gland. Ultrasound of neck also came clear with no swelling. Are the night sweats hormone releated? The intensity increases before periods. I am 30 year old.
