I Have Been Getting Pain And Aches In My Chest

I have been getting pain and aches in my chest and back and neck, it hurts to move my neck side to side. I was recently put on amlodipine and carvedalo and now i am on Ferrex too. could any of these be causing any of these muscles to be this sore ? I have had this pain since Sat.
