I Have Been Getting Pain On My Right Side. Front

I have been getting pain on my right side. Front to back just below my right shoulder and down my right arm to my elbow and sometimes down all the way to my right pinky. Some times I have a big bowel movement some time afterI get this, but other times no bowel movement. I mention the bowel movement because usually if I go then the shoulder and arm stop hurting. What could this be?
