I Have Been Getting Pain Under My Ribcage And Radiates

I have been getting pain under my ribcage and radiates downward it is worse than my labor pain which I did naturally. I get sick to my stomach and sometimes throw up, other times, just dry heaves. I almost always go very loose with a bowel movement, a lot of times just like water. I haven't lost any weight, but I have a very high pain threshold. I get headaches and am constantly exhausted.
