I Have Been Getting Pains Down My Right Arm And

I have been getting pains down my right arm and pins and needles in my hand. seems to be getting worst and alot more frequent as the days go by, muscles seem to be quite sore as well in the arm and shoulder and neck area and is starting to worry me as times ive had to sit up in bed and just try and rub my upper arm to try and relieve the pain.
