I Have Been Getting Pin Spot Bruising In Placing That

I have been getting pin spot bruising in placing that I wouldn't normally hit. Mainly the inner upper arms. They usually start out quite dark (purple) and then dissipate into other colors. I have had issues with muscles aches for several years ever since I had taken statins. I have also been dealing with other seeming none related issues like always feeling like I'm drooling, sudden nose bleeds and tiredness. My PC didn't seemed concerned. Being 58 and on no meds, I have managed my diabetes for over 10 years with out meds, and feel there is more to this than coincidence. Your thoughts.
