I Have Been Getting Random Nose Bleeds From The Left

I have been getting random nose bleeds from the left nostril 5 times in the past two weeks. Also mucus blood clots transferring from my nasal passage through my soft pallet into my throat / mouth during or immediately after the nose bleed which usually only lasts a couple minutes.
