I Have Been Getting Real Small Quivvers In My Muscles

I have been getting real small quivvers in my muscles on the upper right side of my stomache.

I do take protonix and sulcrafate for gastritis issues.

Would or could this possibly be heart related or stomache.

Stomache has been acting up lately but feels better now after a bowel movement.
