I Have Been Getting Sharp Pains In My Shoulder, Chest

I have been getting sharp pains in my shoulder, chest and rib cage. I get them the worst when on my left side. When I lie on my back I feel like I'm being crushed at times. I had Lyme's disease but my second round of bloodwork canme back negative. I have had many strange symptoms including fluid retention in my face, tingling and extreme brain fog and moodiness. Any ideas on what may be going on?
