I Have Been Getting Small Boils On My Scalp Quite

I have been getting small boils on my scalp quite frequently with severe itching and resultant hair fall. These boils break on their own while combing or scratching the scalp. This problem is there for more than two years now. Sometimes the boils are scattered and recurrent but sometimes it is mild. Have tried many medicines including homeopathy, allopathy and ayurvedic, with no relief.
