I Have Been Getting Spasms Inside My Chest. They Are

I have been getting spasms inside my chest. They are becoming more frequent. Finally I saw 2 docs. They appear clueless. Have been reading everything on the net. Large numbers of people have similar pain, none of them have received a diagnose, only dismissals. Are u able to explain what so many of us are experiencing? No we are not crazy, not depressed nor dramatic. The spasms are real & really hurt.
A scary situation with no medical answers. So far.
