I Have Been Getting These Purple Like Spots On My

I have been getting these purple like spots on my forearms only on and off for about 7 months. My internist called them purpura/petichiae. I usually get them after being exposed to the sun. I have had a complete CBC. I also saw a dermatologist who ran some a CBC and other test such as ANA and other test to rule out lupus. They were all normal. No one seems to be concerned about these. Should I see a hemotoligist?
