I Have Been Getting These Raised Bumps On My Skin.

I have been getting these raised bumps on my skin. They are fist skin colored, are flat on top with a dimple in the middle. The bump then becomes red and I can squeeze puss out of it. It is very tender until it heals. Sometimes the bump does not go away but continues to develop the secretions.
