I Have Been Getting This Weird Tension Sort Of Feeling

I have been getting this weird tension sort of feeling in the middle left scrotum its like when you hold your pee in the morning for long that sort of feeling but in a weird way and It's been like 4 days now and there's no pain,lumps or whatsoever nothing has change even when I pee it's all normal its just the inside bit makes it uncomfortable I never had this before and it only happens when I lay down but in the mornings after I wake up it's not there and then it goes back after I pee, should I be worried about this? I'm only 16 what should I do
