I Have Been Getting Very Deep Sharp Stabbing Pains In

I have been getting very deep sharp stabbing pains in my lower stomach and right above my pubic area that have increased to 3 to 4 times a day. It happens on both right and left sides This has been going on for over a couple of months and slowly increasing. I take thyroid medication and have been wearing an estrogen/progesterone patch for year. At first I thought it was cramps from being on the estrogen patch for 3 weeks on and 1 week off, but the pain is too intense for cramps. It only lasts for a minute and then stops, Any suggestions or ideas I would very much appreciate. Thank you, Marjorie Singer
