I Have Been Getting Very Dizzy When Standing Up The

I have been getting very dizzy when standing up the past two days. My legs jerk like they are going to give out on me and my feet go numb. My ears are muffled (like they are stopped up) feel as though about to pass out. is this something I should be concerned about and go to ER
